Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from ExtremoAI ("Service", "we", "us"), including data connected through Facebook Page, Instagram, and WhatsApp integrations. We take data deletion requests seriously and will process every verified request in accordance with this policy.

1. What Data We Store

When you connect a Facebook Page to ExtremoAI, we store:

• Your Facebook Page ID and Page name.
• Your Page Access Token (used solely to send and receive messages on your behalf).
• Conversation history between your Page and your customers, used to power AI-assisted replies.
• Business configuration data you provide (business name, AI system memory/instructions, inventory items).
• Order records created from customer conversations (customer name, phone, address, product, quantity), where applicable.
• Account information such as your dashboard login and contact email.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in any of the following ways:

• Email us at support@extremoai.online with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including the Facebook Page name or ID connected to your account so we can locate your records.
• From your dashboard: go to Settings and disconnect your Facebook Page, then email us to confirm full account and data deletion.
• Through Facebook: if you removed ExtremoAI from your Facebook settings using Facebook's "Apps and Websites" removal flow, Facebook will notify us automatically, and we will delete your data as described below.

3. What Happens When You Request Deletion

Once we receive and verify your request, we will, within 30 days:

• Permanently delete your stored Page Access Token.
• Permanently delete your Page ID, business configuration, and AI system memory.
• Permanently delete conversation history and order records tied to your Page.
• Remove any uploaded inventory images and related files associated with your account.

We will send a confirmation email to the address on file once deletion is complete. Some minimal records (such as billing records required for tax or legal compliance) may be retained for the period required by law, after which they are deleted.

4. Automatic Data Retention

Independent of any deletion request, customer conversation history is automatically retained for a maximum of 30 days and then purged from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Verification

To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by confirming the email address or Facebook Page associated with your account) before completing a deletion request.
